About ICM Erie

About ICM

A network of christian churches working together with inter-faith and community partners for the greater good of the people of Erie County and beyond.

In Worship

Throughout the years ICM has brought the rich diversity of varying Christian traditions together in praise and celebration through ecumenical worship.

The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity (January 18 – January 25) is celebrated each year, focusing on the peace and unity of the Body of Christ.

In Study

ICM sponsors and supports a variety of Biblical and theological studies, including the School of Religion, interfaith dialogue, and round table discussions. These events will be posted as they become available.

In Service

ICM continues to be a catalyst in the development and promotion of many programs that address the needs of Erie County and its residents.

Through study, advocacy, and workshops, ICM is addressing issues of poverty, racial justice, violence, and other community concerns.

ICM continues to administer the Voucher System for Emergency Assistance (VSEA), which provides participating congregations – and now, social service agencies – with a means to serve of our community.

We collaborate with many community agencies in providing these services and are an informational conduit for many community related events and activities in the county.

The Laura Wilkinson Memorial Fund provides grieving families with financial assistance for funeral expenses after a child’s death.  (For additional information, please contact us directly.)
